a. Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, there will be no refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances.
b. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, such as a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will replace the defective part.
c. Our customer support team will assess the situation and may request additional information or evidence to process your refund request.
d. Refunds will be provided at the discretion of IONIC, and the refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
a. If the item you received is broken, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
b. We will require evidence of the damage, such as clear photographs or videos, to facilitate the exchange process.
c. Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.
d. In the event that the wrong item has been delivered, please notify our customer support within 48 hours, and we will coordinate the return of the incorrect item and arrange for the delivery of the correct one.
e. Any exchanges or replacements will be subject to product availability. If the exact item is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund.

b. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless it is a result of our error or a defective product from our end.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours from the time of placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges.
After 2 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order processing and shipping process may have already commenced.
